PBZ是一种夺氢型光引发剂，具有结构简单、价格低廉、易合成、与单体及齐聚物的混容性良好和引发效率高、在长波范围内都有吸收等优点，主要用于有色的UV固化型涂料和油墨。PBZ也作为医药中间体合成联苯苄唑。

Performance Purpose:

PBZ is a hydrogen harvesting photoinitiator with the advantages of simple structure, low price, easy synthesis, good compatibility with monomers and oligomers, high initiation efficiency, and absorption in the long wavelength range. It is mainly used for colored UV curing coatings and inks. PBZ is also used as a pharmaceutical intermediate to synthesize Bifonazole.
